Who are we?

Cymru Solutions is a young, ambitious company that has aspirations to “change the face of finance”. Our approach has always been from a customer delight point of view rather than the traditional financial services expectations.

Initially set up as a pure mortgage advice and processing company, Cymru Solutions has expanded into other areas and now can offer the whole financial package, either through in-house systems or a network of trusted associates that we trust and give a quality of service that reflects ours.

So what makes us different?

Well, for starters, everything is focused around the customer:-

• Appointments times at a time to suit (evenings and weekends included)
• Appointment location to suit – at home, work, our centre in Porthcawl, even local bars and coffee shops have been used! Telephone appointments also available.
• No salesman guarantee - all our advisors are just that, advisors – not salesmen (or women). We rely on quality advice, not hard sell tactics.
• Impartial advice - We can choose from the whole UK mortgage market (click here for details) so you can always rest assured you are getting the best product for you, not the bottom line of some large corporation.
• Free from commission influence - Our flat fee (click here) ensures that we look at lenders and products that are best suited to you, no matter what the commission level the lender pays. If a mortgage is right for you but has no commission payable (which does happen), that is what we will recommend to you.
